This is a well-developed city in Northwest Germany, and it’s not big, like a metropolitan eg London or Frankfurt. And it’s famous for it’s bike traffic. Almost every ppl here use a bicycle for mobility. So, this city is claimed to be a ‘bike city’ just like the Cambridge.
I’m living in a student hostel nearby, the room is so big here, however, NO internet… and also no Air conditioning. But nonetheless, everything is alright here at the meantime.
There’re a lot of ppl coming from different parts of the world in our summer course classes. Russian, Polander, Indian, from the Middle East, from the north Europe, Italy, and also from our East side of the world: Japanese and Korean, however, me and other 4 coursemate from CUHK are the only Chinese here.
wuu…It’s not convenient for me to express anything interesting in English here, I’m looking forward to typing in Chinese here….

On Sunday, I was in a Church for Reformed and Evangelich Christian in the morning. People there were mostly elderly. Really few from the young generation…it’s quite a problem here, may God look after them here in the developed Europe.
It always seems that in the Europe, everyone should be a Christian, to us in the impression of Eastern people. However the truth is not like that. Even the older people treat the religion a religion only. They just believe in the religion just as a ‘tradition’ but not really a Savior of Life. In reality, their hearts and souls are lonely. When you observe their living, their living value and attitude are totally blurred. It’s a sad thing here, since they are the ones who has the most chances to be in touch with the religion, however, their hearts are numbed.
We those in Hong Kong are much blessed and much better. Our Churches are real, and God is with us. We really are much blessed.
For the new generation, the gospel work would be much and much harder when it will be in Hong Kong…Hope God will bless them and look after them, renew their people and save them in the coming days.
